摘要
高校要积极应对政府治理法制化、同业竞争趋同化、人才竞争国际化、教育问题社会化、社会文化多元化、创新竞争白热化等新形势,必须要有强大的资金支持。加拿大高校的职责分工与治理结构十分完善,已建立了有效的筹资机制,主要表现在重视政府的调控导向与政策引导、高校的愿景规划吸引、校友作用发挥、社会环境和氛围营造等方面。建议我国高校要进一步完善高校的治理结构,不断提高战略规划的科学性,重视校友的培养和作用发挥,加强外联和服务工作,积极培养社会投资氛围。
It is necessary for the universities to have powerful funds in response to such new circumstances as the legal system of government governance, the convergence of industry competition, the internationalization of talent competition, the socialization of education, the diversity of social culture and the intensified competition of innovation. This article first introduces responsibilities and governance structure of Canadian Universities, then discusses the fund-raising mechanism of Canadian universities from many aspects, including the government＇s control and policy guidance, the vision of university, alumni＇s function and social environment and atmosphere. It suggests that Chinese universities should improve its governance structure, constantly raise the scientific nature of the strategic planning, pay attention to the alumni＇s cultivation and play its＇ function, strengthen external relationship and service work and actively cultivate social investment atmosphere.
