摘要
内隐领导理论是追随者拥有的关于领导者应该具备的特质或行为的信念以及预期,其因素结构包括敏感性、贡献、专制、感召力、吸引力、男性化、智力和力量等8个维度。中国人的内隐领导理论具有文化的特殊性,存在着"道德"的成分,后续研究需要探测其形成过程中的影响因素与干预机制。
The implicit leadership theories(ILTs)refers to the normal followers' faith in and expectation of the traits and stable behaviors which the leaders should have. Its structure consists of eight dimensions: sensitivity, dedication, autocracy, influence, charm, masculinity, intelligence and power. This article advances that there exists cultural particularity in Chinese ILTs, which probably contains moral element. In addition, more exploration of its influential factors and regulation mechanism are needed in the further studies.
