摘要
为探讨骨炎拔毒膏（EOD）对慢性化脓性骨髓炎的疗效其期副作用，本文对应用EOD治疗慢性化脓性骨髓炎共245例进行了初步观察。其结果为：（1）病原菌以金黄色葡萄球菌为主。（2）有效率为96．33％；治愈率为48．98％；好转率为47．33％；无效占3．69％。（3）与疗效有关的因素为：疗程以1～1．5年为最好；病程越短，疗效越好；股骨疗效最好。（4）从血象、肝、肾功能和尿中给、汞含量的监测提示，EOD对人体明显无毒副作用。从而表明EOD疗效显著，无明显毒副作用。
In order to inquire into the curative effect and side effects of Emplastrum Osteitis Draw-out -put (EOD),used in the treatment of chronic Pyogenic Osteomyelitis (CPO), 245 patients with CPO were treated with EOD. The results showed: (1)staptylococcus aureus was mian pathogenic bacteria. (2) The total effective rat. cured rate. effectual rate and ineffective rate of treated group was 96. 33%, 48. 98%. 47. 36N. 3. 69N. (3)Factors in relation to curative effect were follows:The curative effect between 1~ 3.5 year was the best and course was the shorter,curative effect was the better. The curative effect to femur was the best of all. (4)It's inferred by monitorration of results of blood-Rt.liver function.renal function and content of Hg.Pb in Vrine,EOD had no side effects for organism. All these facts showed that EOD used in treating CPO could make significant the rapeutic effects and had no side effects.
