摘要
本文重点讨论了腰椎间盘突出症再次及多次手术的常见原因，详细站过了神经根管及侧隐窝狭窄，椎间盘及异物残留，定位错误及椎间隙感染，术后腰椎不稳的临床表现。分析探讨了再次及多次手术的相关因素及发生机理．认为利用现代化检查手段．详细地体格检查．严格手术适应症，严密的手术操作，切除椎管致压物及有效减压．增加脊柱的稳定性，是预防再次及多次手术的主要方法。
We analyzed the causes of repeated surgical intervention in the management of prolapse of lumlar intervertebral disc and presented clinical manifestations of lesions such as stenesis of nerve cannal and lateral recess, residue of disc or foreign body, wrong lacation of lesion, infeetion of intervertebral space, petoperative instability of lumbar spine. The author thought the main methed to prevent repeated operations inelude general physical cheek-up. striet indication of opration, metieulous performance, effective deeompression of spinal canal and maintenance of spinal stability.
