摘要
本文通过870例临床诊断为腰椎间盘突出症患者的手术治疗总结．发现其中12例病人并不存在腰椎间盘突出及神经根管狭窄，而存在明显的硬膜外静脉异常扩张。切除扩张的血管，根性神经痛症状消失。据此认为硬膜外静脉异常扩张是根性腰腿痛的原因之一。就其成因，诊断及治疗进行了讨论。
870 petients who were clinically diagnosed as prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, received surgical intervention. Among them 12 patients were found, hand on operative observations, there were neither prolapse of lumbar disc nor stenosis of nerve root to be found except cpidural phlebectasia.When the varicose venis were excised, the radiculagia disappeared and after operation. So it can be considered that cpidural phlebeetasia was the causes of radicular lumbago and seelalgia. The pathogenesis. diagnosis and treatment of cpidural phlebectasia were also discussed.
