我国汽车产业实施生产者延伸责任制的影响因素实证研究 被引量:8

摘要 生产者延伸责任制度(Extended Producer Responsibility,下文简称EPR)有助于解决废旧汽车引发的环境问题,同时能够促进生产企业开展生态设计,提高汽车产品整个生命周期内的环境绩效。目前,我国有关部门正在组织探讨汽车产业EPR的实施模式。本文基于国内外现有研究,结合对我国十几家主要汽车生产企业相关人员的调研访谈,利用统计分析方法,从实证角度研究影响我国汽车产业EPR实施的主要因素,以期对EPR的实施环境提出管理启示,最后对我国汽车行业EPR的推动实施提出建议。 Extended Producer Responsibility(EPR)can help resolve the environmental problems of end-of-life vehicles,and promote the development of eco-design to improve the environmental performances during the whole life cycle of automobiles as well. Chinese government departments are starting working on the development of EPR in the automobile industry recently. Based on previous researches, the authors interviewed over ten major car producers in China and then did a statistical analysis on the data from 113 questionnaires. According to those results, major factors that affect the implementation of EPR in the car industry are studied in the hope that an effective solution can be found to manage the application circumstances of EPR in China. Suggestions on how to promote the development of EPR in China are given in the last part.
