摘要
该研究考察下属权威崇拜观念对由信心领导行为导致的员工组织承诺的影响,对某大型保险公司全职保险销售人员数据的统计分析表明:下属的权威崇拜观念对领导自信表达行为-员工承诺关系有正向增强作用,而对下属信心行为-员工承诺关系有负向削弱作用。
The study examines the effects of employee authority orientation on confident leadership and its consequences. Data are obtained from full-time sales agents in an insurance company. Results from regression analyses show that employee authority orientation boost the positive effects of leaders’ EC-self (expressing self-confidence) on employees’ organizational commitment. Results also show the positive relationship between leaders’ EC-follower (expressing confidence in followers) is attenuated by employee authority orientation.
