摘要
随着社会信息化程度的不断提高,电子商务已成为企业未来运作的必然趋势,同时也是国内外人才培养的新焦点。然而我国电子商务人才培养模式处于摸索之中,存在诸多问题,致使电子商务专业学生就业艰难。因此,只有通过借鉴国外的经验,打破传统的教育范式,采取一系列切实可行的措施,才能培养出符合社会需求的应用型电子商务人才,以促进我国电子商务的持续快速发展。
With the successive development of social informatization, the E- commerce has become an inevitable trend which the enterprise operates in future. Simultaneously it will be the new point of the cultivation of talents in domestic and foreign education system. However, in China the cultivation mode of E - commerce talents still has many problems that need to be explored, and the E- commerce professional students are dimcult in obtaining employment. Therefore, only through taking reference to foreign experience, breaking traditional educational mode, taking a series of practical measures, could we cultivate the E- commerce application talents to meet the social demand, and promote the development of E- commerce in China.
