摘要
在我国《招投标法》中仅限定了公开招标和邀请招标两种招标方式,但议标作为一种特殊的招标方式在招投标实践中有其存在的现实价值,并且满足了我国迅速发展的日益多元化的投资市场招投标的需要。主要分析思考了议标存在的意义和及其与招标方式的区别。
There are only two ways of the pubic bidding and inviting bidding in the law of bid invitation and bid of China, but discussing-bidding has its real value in existence as one special way in practice of bidding, and fulfils the needs of bidding in the rapidly growing and more and more different investment market. The characteristic and difference between the invite bidding and discussing-bidding are mostly considered and compared in this article.
