摘要
今年来，因美国在东欧部署导弹防御系统而引发俄美各种矛盾骤然激化，俄美关系降至冷战结束后的冰点。美国对俄罗斯持续不断的挤压使俄国内反美情绪上升；俄综合国力的提升使它敢于同西方针锋相对。然而，俄美关系不会重新回到冷战，而正在形成非敌非友、对抗加合作的模式。俄美关系的未来走向在很大程度上取决俄国内政治的发展演变。

Since this year, as the U.S. insists on deployment of its missile defense systems in Eastern Europe, all kinds of contradiction between Russia and the U.S. have abruptly become acute, causing a big freeze to the relationship between Russia and the U.S. after the end of the Cold War. Persistent pressures by the U.S. on Russia have made anti-U.S. sentiment inside Russia on the rise. And the rise of Russia's comprehensive national strength has also emboldened it to openly wage a tit-for-tat struggle against the West. However, Russo-U.S. relationship will unlikely return to the state of the Cold War period. A competitive and cooperative model that does not draw a distinction between a friend or an enemy, is shaping up. Future direction of those relations will largely depend on the political developments inside Russia.
