摘要
目的 优选板蓝根注射液的制备工艺。方法 用正交试验对产品的原料产地、醇沉浓度、除氨水后药液pH值、水沉温度、合适碱液调pH值及防止氧化等因素进行考察,选择最佳工艺路线。结果 最佳制备工艺为:选用安徽阜阳的原料,醇沉浓度为60%,除氨后药液的pH值为5.5~6.0,水沉温度为80℃,用Na2CO3溶液调pH值,灌封时冲高纯氮气防氧化。结论 新工艺成本低、易操作,产品质量稳定可靠,适用于板蓝根注射液的大生产。.
OBJECTIVE To optimize the preparation technology of Radix Isatidis Injection. METHODS Using the different origin place of Radix isatidis, alcohol precipitation concentration, the injection pH value after removing ammonia, the temperature of water, the proper PH value of lye,and the factors against oxidation as the orthogonal experiment factors, to optimize the best procedure in order to ensure the quality of production. RESULTS The best technology was determined as follow: The Radix Isatidis was from Fuyang, Anhui province and alcohol precipitation concentration was 60%, the pH range from 5.5 - 6.0,after removing ammonia, water temperature was 80℃, using Na2CO3 solution to adjust the pH value, during the period ot" embedment,using pure N2 to avoid the oxidation. CONCLUSION The experimental preparation technology had low cost,easy to operate,and suitable for the productive preparation of Radix Isatidis Injections.
