大唐盘山电厂锅炉燃用神木煤防止结渣的可行性分析 被引量:3

摘要 文章就大唐国际盘山发电有限责任公司改燃易结渣的神木煤时,如何防止结渣问题进行分析。根据防结渣的理论,对锅炉选型特点以及运行技术措施等方面进行了探讨。实验结果表明:采用行之有效的锅炉设计技术及高水平的运行措施,如炉膛热负荷参数和出口烟温的精确选择与合理控制,可以确保在燃烧神木煤时,炉膛及对流受热面不结渣,可保证锅炉的安全可靠运行。得出结论:该锅炉可以燃用神木煤。 In the present study,how to prevent slagging was investigated when the slagging prone shenmu coal was burned in the boilers in Datang International Panshan Power Generation Co.,Ltd. Based upon the anti-slagging theory and experience,The design features and antislagging operating measures of boiler ete.were discussed.The experiment results shoved that,to adopt the effective boiler desigh technique and high level operating technical measures ete,,such as,to accurately select and rationally control furnace heat release rate and exit flue gas temperature,could ensure,the furnace and convective heating surface were not slagged and the boiler could operate safely and reliably when the shenmu coal was btrned.
