摘要
研究表明,花生接种条纹病毒发病后叶片的光合强度、叶绿素含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性明显下降,而过氧化物酶(POD)活性却显著提高。高感花生品种白沙1016上述指标的变化幅度较大,发病植株叶片中POD同功酶出现了4条健株中没有的新带,迁移率分别为0.67、0.73、0.80和0.89,而原有的迁移率为0.38的1条谱带变弱消失,发病后SOD同功酶谱带数没有显著变化。
Four physiological and biochemical properties in leaves of three peanut varieties with different susceptibility to peanut stripe virus (PStV) were detected 15 days after inoculation. The results showed that photosynthetic activity, chlorophy1 content, and superoxide dismutase activity were decreased, while peroxidase activity were increated in comparing with those of the healthy plants. The reduction and increase in degrees of the pathophysiological indices of high susceptible cultivar Baisha 1016 were greater than those of tolerant cultivars Luhua No.9 and Hua 37. Virus infection also results in changes in isoperoxidase patterns. Four additional isoperoxidase bands appeared while the M 2 band (Rf=0 38) was lighter or disappeared in the case of infected plant leaves. Rf values of the four additional bands were 0 67, 0 73, 0 80, and 0 89, respectively .The numbers of bands in SOD isozymes in leaves of infected peanut plants did not appear any significant changes.
