摘要
作为出入境检验检疫工作的依据和准绳,检验检疫技术法规和标准在应对国外技术性贸易措施方面发挥着重要作用。文章针对目前我国检验检疫技术法规和标准体系中存在的问题和不足提出了建议。
The inspection and quarantine technical laws and standards which are the basis and criterion of cross-border inspection and quarantine play an important role for facing the foreign technical measures to trade. The article puts forward some proposals to the problems in them.
