摘要
从提高系统效率的目标出发,导出了机抽系统效率的公式,分析和研究了影响系统效率的因素,提出了机采系统优化设计的方法和原则,最后对提高机抽系统效率作了简单的探讨。文中还提出了抽油杆等应力比的设计思路和方法,并编制了相应的机抽参数优化设计软件。从目前使用井效果分析,未出现一例断脱事故,大部分井示功图和上下电流之比均较理想,说明优化设计思路和方法是可行的。
Aimed at improving system efficiency, this paper derives the formula of rod pumping system efficiency and analyzes and studies the factors influencing the system efficiency.It also puts forward the methods and principles for optimization design of rod pumping system, and then discusses how to improve the rod pumping system effficiency.The design philosophy and method for equal stress ratio of pumping rod are proposed and the corresponding software for optimization design of rod pumping parameters is compiled.The analysis results of 50 wells show that no broken accidents happen and indicator diagram and ratio of up and down electric current of most wells are ideal, which indicates that the optimization design philosophy and method are feasible.
