军队卫生装备全寿命周期中产生的许多问题,其本质的原因是上级领导部门、科研机构、基层使用人员之间的信息不能及时有效地进行传递。卫生装备管理信息化是解决问题的行之有效的方法,它通过软件系统和信息网络实现卫生装备管理各部门之间的信息互通,实现信息及时有效地传递和处理。分布式数据库系统的开发和网络互联的实现是两个最重要的部分。
It is the essential causation that the information of problems of military medical equipment can not be transmitted timely and effectively between higher authorities, research organization and users in their whole life circles. Management informatization of medical equipment is the tried and true method. It can transmit and process information timely and effectively between them through network and software system. Therefore, the development of distributed database system and the interconnection of network are the two best important parts.
