摘要
目的探讨合理的眼眶内异物诊治方法。方法回顾分析76眼眶内异物伤病例，采用球内异物相同方法进行X线定位。根据异物种类、大小及位置的不同采用不同的方法进行异物取出术。结果76例眼眶内异物经手术取出46例，2例由于位置过深手术失败。结论作者认为及时诊断、准确定位和合理的手术治疗对诊治眼眶异物是必要的，也是非常重要的。
To investigate the proper method fordiagnosis and treatment of orbital foreign bodies (OFB).Methods Retrospective analysis were per performed of OFB in 76 eyes. The location of OFB were evaluated by X -ray or CT and B scan and the methods were similiar to the intraocular foreign bodies location. The methods of remove the OFB varied as the differece of the kind,size and the position of the foreign bodies. Results Among 76 cases of OFB, 46 cases were successfully removed and 2 cases were retention because of deeply Iocation in the orbit. Conclusion It is considered that prompt diagnosis, accurate location and proper surgical removement of OFB were necessary and more important.
