摘要
为了研究安体舒通及丹参酮的外用制剂是否具有抑制皮脂腺增生的作用，我们对１％氧氟沙星霜，１％复方氧氟沙星霜（含０３％安体舒通），０３％安体舒通霜，０３％安体舒通异丙醇液，５％丹参酮霜和５％丹参酮二甲基亚砜液对成年雄性金黄地鼠背部皮脂腺斑的作用进行了研究。受检药物涂于金黄地鼠背部右侧斑，左侧斑不予涂药作为对照，每日涂２次。结果发现：１％氧氟沙星霜无抑制皮脂腺斑作用，１％复方氧氟沙星霜与０３％安体舒通霜的抑制皮脂腺斑生长作用相同，表明复方氧氟沙星中的氧氟沙星不影响安体舒通发挥作用；０３％安体舒通异丙醇液作用较０３％安体舒通霜强。
The effectsoftopicalapplication of1% ofloxacin cream , 1% ofloxacin com pound cream (containing 0 3% spironolactone), 0 3% spironolactone in isopropyl alcohol and 5% Tanshinone cream on the flank organsofadultm ale Syrian ham sters w ere investigated. Allthe agentsw ere applied on the right flank organs tw ice per day, w hile the left w ere untreated. The results showed that 1% ofloxacin cream had no effecton the flank organs. The effectof1% ofloxacin com pound cream on the flank organs w as equalto that of0 3% spironolactone cream , this indicated that the ofloxacin in 1% ofloxacin com pound cream had no influence on the action of spironolactone. The effect of 0 3% spironolactone in isopropylalcoholw as stronger than that of 0 3% spironolactone cream . The seba ceous gland suppressive action ofTanshinone was m arkedly stronger than thatofspironolactone.
