摘要
套阀式液压冲击器结构简单生产成本相对较低,可广泛应用于破碎机及凿岩机等。本文对液压冲击器的活塞、套阀、液压缸进行了优化设计、进行了防后撞及防空打设计并进行了套阀式液压破碎锤结构的动画仿真设计和三维设计。
Because of the sample structure, it is low that the production cost of hydraulic impact implement with sleeve valve. So it can be widely used in destroyer, rock drill, and so on. This paper optimizes the design of the piston, sleeve valve and hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic impact implement.It also designs structure for preventing from backward bump and free hit, and makes the design of hydraulic destroyer with sleeve valve by animation simulation and three-dimension methods.
