摘要先天性胆管扩张症（Congenital dilatation of the bile duct,CDBD）是指肝内和肝外的胆管单独或联合的先天性异常而引起的囊状扩张，因其常发生于胆总管，故过去常称为先天性胆总管囊肿（Congenital choledochal cysts，CCC）。我们于2000年1月-2006年12月共收治CDBD8例，现报道如下。
