摘要
应用免疫组化、电泳及电镜观察等方法，探讨阿霉素与心肌细胞凋亡的关系。实验结果提示，阿霉素引起心肌细胞凋亡的严重程度与其每次注射的阿霉素的剂量有关，凋亡细胞多呈灶状分布，在坏死灶及其周边多见。
We investigated the rat myocardial cell apoptosis induced by adriamycin in different doses with the methods of immunochemistry,electron microscope and electrophoresis.The results showed that adriamycin induced the apoptosis of rat myocardial cells.The rat myocardial cell apoptosis induced by adriamycin related to the doses of adriamycin.
