摘要
目的探讨超声引导下的Mammotome旋切系统在乳腺良性疾病治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2004年8月～2005年8月41例临床诊断为乳腺良性病灶，在超声引导下经Mammotome旋切治疗后的疗效。结果37例为乳腺纤维腺瘤，4例为乳腺腺病。手术时间20～45min。无1例操作失败。41例随访，10天随访除2例有轻度皮下淤血、局部轻度凹陷外，均无感染；1年随访切口瘢痕均不明显，较好地保持了原有的乳房外形。结论Mammotome旋切手术治疗乳腺良性疾病具有切除完整、创伤小、复发低等优点，并较好地保持了原有的乳房外形，临床效果可靠。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of ultrasound -guided stereotactic biopsy and excision using the Mammotome system in the treatment of benign breast lesions.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the efficacy of ultrasound-guided Mammotome excision in the management of 41 patients clinically diagnosed as having benign breast lesions between August 2004 and August 2005. Results The lesionswere histologically confirmed as fibroadenoma in 37 patients and mastopathia in 4 patients, The operative time was 20-45 min. All procedures were performed smoothly. Of the 41 patients, no infection orbreastdeformity occurred on follow-up examinations （lOd） except formild subcutaneous hemorrhage in 2 patients, and no obvious scarring was seen on follow-up （1 years）. Conclusions Treatment of benign breast diseases by the Mammotome system can offer complete excision rate, and good cosmetic outcomes.
