摘要 肿瘤的靶向治疗是近年来抗肿瘤药物研发的重要方向。新生血管生成(angiogenesis)作为抗肿瘤药物的重要靶点,近年来受到国内外的广泛关注。实体瘤的生长、发育以及转移都依赖于新生血管生成提供营养,阻断肿瘤的血管生成成为新型抗肿瘤药物研究的重要方向。因此,针对血管生成的不同生物学过程发展新型的血管生成抑制剂具有重要的研究和应用价值。迄今为止,多种以血管生成为靶点的抗肿瘤药物已经在国内外上市。海洋生物是新型药物的重要分子库,由海洋生物中发现的多种血管生成抑制剂显示了独特的分子结构和作用机制。本文对数种海洋来源的血管生成抑制剂的作用机制进行了较为详尽的论述。 Targeting therapy is a promising program for cancer treatment. Anti-angiogenesis has been developed as a novel strategy for the cancer treatment. Angiogenesis is essential for the growth, development and translocation of solid tumor. As a result, inhibition of angiogenesis represents a feasible aspect for developing anti-tumor agents. Based on the different biological progresses of angiogenesis, various approaches have been applied to develop tumor angiogenesis inhibitors (TAIs) and several TAIs have been on the market at home and abroad. Marine organisms, as a molecular bank for new drugs, have produced many TAIs with special structures and mechanisms of action. Herein, we present a thorough review for the mechanisms of different kinds of TAIs from marine organisms.
