摘要
自动采样分析系统由静态采样箱、气相色谱仪、积分仪、微机、气路控制和电路控制等单元组成。主控微机通过与8749单片机通讯自动控制采样箱盖的开闭、十通阀和四通阀的换位和电磁阀的开关,完成对采样箱中气体的自动采集、输送和分析。利用软件设定适当的采样程序,采样箱中的气样可依次进入气相色谱仪,分析其中的CH_4和N_2O浓度。积分仪记录色谱数据并转存到微机中。观测系统还配有温度和辐射等传感器,用于同步测量空气、水、土壤的温度及日照强度。
The automatic system for in situ measurement of N2O and CH4 emission from fields consists of static sampling chambers, a gas chromatography (GC), an integrator, a computer and gaseous and electronic controlling units. The computer controls opening and closing of chambers, switching of all valves which include one 4-port valve, one 10-port valve and many electronicmagnetic valve, sucking and trasporting air samples from chambers installed in fields, injecting samples into the GC and analyzing the CH4 and N2O concentrations, recording the objective signals with the integrator and saving the integrated data on the hard disc of the computer. With the temperature probes and radiation sensors installed in the automatic system, the temperature of air, water and soil and photosynthetically active radiation can be measured simultaneously.
