摘要
目的:探讨机体异常再生原因、受伤愈合、丢失再生调控机制及意义。方法:对一组蜥蜴尾部损伤不折断伤口塞入纱布(棉)团。另一组尾部损伤不折断,伤口不做任何处理。结果:伤口塞入纱布团的蜥尾愈合后形成侧芽基,长出侧尾;对照组尾受伤处均愈合伤口,没有再生。结论:异常再生是在受伤不能正常愈合接触情况下发生的,受伤愈合、丢失、再生调控机制是以损伤处前后肌肉组织能否正常愈合接触为信号基础,受伤愈合、丢失再生作为再生基本规律具有普遍意义。再生芽基形成及芽基携带遗传信息(包括形态及功能)生长走向均是从损伤截面至机体末端。
Objective:To investigate the causes of abnormal regeneration,the mechanism and significance of injury healing,loss and regeneration of organs and tissues.Methods:68 lizards were divided into two groups.In group 1 the tails of 53 lizards were injured but not broken,and the wounds were dressed with gauzes.In group 2 the tails of 19 lizards were treated with the same methods but not dressed.Results:The tail bud base was formed on the wounds of lizard tails dressed with gauze after healing and the side tails were gotten.In the group 2 the wounds healed,but the regenerated tails were not gotten.Conclusion:The abnormal regeneration results from the abnormal healing of the wound.The healing of wound,the loss and regeneration mechanism are based on that whether the anteriour and posteriour muscle tissues on the wound can normally heal or not.The development trend of bud base carrying genetic information,such as morphogen,function,etc,is from the wound section to the end of the body.
