摘要
从结晶器内表面光洁度的假设出发,通过计算铸件的热收缩、铸件表面的剪切强度,求出不同部位的摩擦应力,从而求得铸拉的摩擦力。
Based on the hypothesis of the mold surface finish conditions and calculation of the thermal contraction and surface shearing stress of casting, the fraction stress at different parts of the mold and the total fraction force can be predicted.
