摘要
目的探讨枸杞多糖(LBP)对衰老大鼠蛋白质氧化损伤的影响。方法Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为衰老模型组、枸杞多糖大剂量组(100 mg/kg)、中剂量组(50 mg/kg)、小剂量组(10 mg/kg),每组10只。测定各组大鼠肝组织谷胱甘肽(GSH)、羰基蛋白的含量和谷胱甘肽转移酶(GST)活性。结果LBP可明显降低羰基蛋白含量(P<0.01,P<0.05),增加GSH含量和增强GST活性(P<0.01)。结论LBP通过降低蛋白质氧化损伤而发挥抗衰老的作用。
Objective To discuss the effect of Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharide (LBP) on protein oxidation damage in aging rats. Methods Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups,aging model, LBP large,middle and small dose groups to test the content of oxidative carbonyl protein, and GSH and the activity of GST in liver. Results In LBP groups, GSH content and GST activity were higher( P 〈 0. 01 ), content of carbonyl protein obviously decreased ( P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions LBP plays an anti-aging role through decreasing the protein oxidation damage.
