摘要
控制保护系统的运行情况直接影响着直流输电系统的安全、可靠、稳定运行。分析控制保护系统所出现的典型故障及为解决这些问题所采取的改进措施对于掌握设备性能、提高运行维护水平、推动技术改进具有非常重要的作用。为此,分类统计了从2003-06至2006-03政平换流站控制保护系统发生的故障,详细介绍了典型故障发生的原因、造成的后果以及事故处理的情况,包括现象描述、举例分析和改进建议,对今后我国直流输电工程的设计、制造、建设以及运行和维护都具有一定的借鉴意义。
Control and protection system is one of the most important parts for the high voltage direct current(HVDC) transmission systems,and HVDC transmission system's safe,reliable,stable operation is directly influenced by the operation status of its control and protection system.Analysis of the typical fault of control and protection system and the reforming measures that solve these problems is very important to the mastery of equipment performance,improvement of operation and maintenance,advancement of technical development.Longquan-Zhengping 500 kV HVDC transmission line is in formal operation in June of 2003,central China power grid and east China power grid is connected by this HVDC transmission line.Numerous statistic data of faults in Zhengping converter station control and protection system from June,2003 to March 2006 areobtained,the occurrence reasons of typical fault,effects and fault treatment are introduced completely,including phenomenon description,example,analysis and advice of reform.Analysis results show that the main faults are hardware and software faults of MACH2 host computer;CPU loads should be reduced and program should be optimized;the compatibility of related hardware and software should be tested and analyzed.This can be a reference to the design,manufacture,construction,operation and maintenance of DC transmission project in China.
