摘要
研究了纳米碳酸钙填充聚乙烯/聚丙烯共混体系的发泡性能。通过分析对比不同含量的聚乙烯、纳米碳酸钙对发泡效果的影响,确定了最佳工艺路线。当低密度聚乙烯含量为10份、纳米碳酸钙含量为3份、AC发泡剂含量3份时,得到制品尺寸均匀、外观规整。
Foaming capacity of a blending system including polypropylene and polythene filled in nanometer calcium carbonate was studied. And the optimized art process was assured based on the effect of different contents of polythene or calcium carbonate on the foaming, when the mass of foaming agent attained 3, low density polythene attained 10, calcium carbonate attained 3.5 respectively, the foam articles featured uniform dimension of bubble and trim appearance.
