摘要
以梧桐树叶为原料,接枝丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBAA)为交联剂,采用反相乳液聚合方法制备具有立体网状结构的高吸水性树脂。通过单因素实验研究制备条件对树脂吸水倍率的影响,并利用扫描电镜产物进行了表征。研究了单体用量、分散剂用量、油水比等对树脂性能的影响。从而制定出最佳合成方案。
A high water-absorbing copolymer resin were synthesized from phoenix tree leaves, AA and AM, using N, N'-methylene-bis-acrylamide as the crosslinking agent and in inverse emulsion polymerization condition. The influence of preparation conditions on their physical and chemical properties was investigated by single factor experiments and the product was characterized by Scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The relationship between the water absorption capacity of the copolymer and the composition of the copolymer , oil/water phase ratio , the amount of dispersing agent and other agent were studied and so the best project for synthesis was made out.
