摘要
为了改善羟基磷灰石/胶原复合材料的性能,采用戊二醛对复合材料进行交联处理,分析了戊二醛交联对羟基磷灰石复合材料性能的影响。研究表明,用体积分数为0.25%的戊二醛溶液浸泡可以较好改善羟基磷灰石/胶原复合材料的力学性能和生物降解性能。
Cross-linking treatment with glutaraldehyde was applied on hydroxyapatite/collagen composite to improve its properties. The effects of the cross-linking on the performance of hydroxyapatite were analyzed. It was indicated that the mechanical property and biodegradability of hydroxyapatite/collagen composite could be preferably ameliorated while immersed in 0.25% glutaraldehyde solution.
