摘要
用天然石墨作为填料,采用预聚体法制备了耐热聚氨酯(PU)弹性体。采用TGA、TMA法分析了石墨的加入量对其热稳定性的影响;利用电子拉力实验机研究了石墨的加入量对该弹性体力学性能的影响。结果表明:在实验范围内,随着石墨加入量的增大,该弹性体的热稳定性及力学性能都有不同程度的增加。当石墨加入量为12%(相对于预聚体而言),热稳定性及力学性能最佳,拉伸强度、压缩强度和断裂伸长率均达到最大。热分解温度聚酯型PU弹性体提高了30℃,聚醚型提高了近40℃。
Using the natural graphite as packing materials, the heat-resistant polyurethane elastomers was prepared by the method of pre-polymerization. The influence of addition of graphite on the thermal stability of PU was analysed by TGA and TMA. At the same time, the mechanical property was studied by testing instruments. In the range of 0 to 12% graphite, the mechanical property and the thermal stability of the PU elastomer increases with increased of graphite. When the addition of graphite reached 12%, the thermal stability and the mechanical property is best, the tensile strength, the compressive strength and the elongation at break reached their maximum. The thermal decomposition temperature of the polyether-polyol type PU elastomer increased by 40℃ ,and the polyester type increased by 30℃.
