异时性双侧原发乳腺浸润性导管癌和鳞癌一例

摘要
患者女，40岁，于2000年5月在外院行左乳腺癌改良根治术，术后病理报告：左乳浸润性导管癌，腋窝淋巴结0／13阳性，ER（-），PR（-）术后行FEC方案化疗6周期，随访至2006年4月，发现右乳肿块，于2006年4月10日来我院肿瘤科就诊，查体右乳外上象限1．5cm×1．5cm大小质硬肿块,肿块活动度可，与皮肤及胸壁无明显粘连，
