JDP2在神经母细胞瘤SH-SY5Y细胞分化中的作用 被引量：1

摘要 c-Jun二聚化蛋白(JDP2)是AP-1家族成员,参与基因的转录抑制.为探讨JDP2在神经母细胞瘤分化过程中的作用,构建了稳定整合有JDP2全长编码区的SH-SY5Y细胞株(SY5Y-JDP2).实验结果显示,JDP2能促进SH-SY5Y细胞的分化.与对照细胞相比,SY5Y-JDP2细胞在S期比例降低,生长速率迟缓,并且表现p21高水平表达,在分化过程中cyclin D1降低.由此可见,JDP2对生长的抑制作用可能是SH-SY5Y细胞撤出细胞周期进入分化的主要原因.
