摘要
人力资源能力成熟度模型虽然已在美国、加拿大、印度等国家流行,尤其得到国际上一些著名企业的广泛应用,而国内对其研究有待进一步深入。在回顾国内外相关研究文献基础上,详细阐述了该模型的基本理论、评估和应用情况,进而全面认识该模型。人力资源能力成熟度模型既是一种管理思想,更是一套系统的人力资源管理评价方法,具有很强的实践性,亟待进一步的深入探索和研究,结论提出我国未来对其研究的若干重点。
People capability maturity model is prevalent in the United States, Canada, India and other countries. It has been widely applied by some international well-known enterprises. But relative domestic research needs to be made further. Based on relevant literatures reviewed, basic theory of the model is introduced in the paper. The assessment and application of the model are also illustrated in detail so that it could be fully understood. People capability maturity model is no so much an HR management concept as a system of human resources management evaluation methods. It is highly practical and demands further in-depth exploration and research. The conclusion of study put forward focus of the future research.
