摘要
我国显微修复重建外科技术曾经辉煌并且在某些领域依旧保持国际领先。显微外科虽然是医学临床工作,但是量变与质变、否定之否定、度、联系与发展等基本的哲学观念起到了重要的指导作用。而回顾这一学科的历程显示:用哲学的观点把握领域内的主要方向,热情、正确、勤奋地专研是我国显微外科持续发展最根本的要素。
The microsurgical repair and reconstruction techniques of China were once glorious and some of them remain advanced globally. Microsurgery belongs to clinical medicine, but the basic philosophic concepts including quantitative change and qualitative change, denial and denial, degree, correlation and evolution are important guidelines for the profession. The review of the development of Chinese microsurgery demonstrated the essentials for the continuous advancement of the microsurgery： keeping eyes on the major directions of this area with a view of philosophy; exploring it with unlimited passion, right ways and industrious work.
