摘要
顺德是以广府为中心的粤菜的重要发源地。起源于秦汉的顺德饮食是岭南美食,在漫长的历史发展过程中,顺德饮食文化形成了自己鲜明的特色,成为中华饮食文化园中的一朵奇葩。当今的顺德饮食应把握发展趋势,注重消费需求与食品营养结构的结合、就餐环境与饮食目的的结合、餐饮与休闲活动的结合,积极开拓休闲时代的饮食文化。
Shunde is Gaungfu- centered birthplace of Yue cuisine, and its history is traceable to Lingnan cate in Qin and Han dynasty. In the long development, Shunde catering has formed its particular characteristics and has made itself a treasure in the traditional Chinese dietetic culture. Currently Shunde catering industries should have a good mastery of the developing trend for a promotion of the dietetic culture by putting into combination of demands with food structure, dinning surroundings with dieting goal and catering with leisure activities.
