摘要
建立了一套单级压缩、三级分凝的自动复叠制冷系统,采用R12/R13/R14为制冷剂,通过测试,低温槽内载冷剂的温度能够达到-100℃,对环境温度为30℃时的各级节流后的温度情况、系统高低压力变化情况做了重点分析,并对环境温度为17℃、27℃、30℃下的降温速度进行了对比,这些对自动复叠制冷系统的进一步研究和改进都有很大的帮助。
In this paper single compress three - stage segregating auto - cascade refrigeration with blend refrigerant of R12/R13/R14 was presented, the temperature of the coolant in the tank can reach - 100℃, the temperatures after throttling and the variation of high and low pressure in the system were analyzed, too, the curves of the temperature derating under the different ambient temperatures were got, these are helpful to the further research and improvement of the system.
