摘要
采用添加成核剂的方法开发了快速成型耐翘曲聚丙烯树脂QP73N。测试结果表明,QP73N耐翘曲、刚韧平衡性高、耐热性好,结晶速率快,可有效缩短制品的成型周期,提高生产效率20%~30%。
The authors developed a kind of polypropylene (PP) with features of fast shaping property and warp resistance, denoted as QP73N, via introduction of a nucleator into the reaction system. The testing results show that QP73N has the advantages of high warp resistance, balanced rigidity-toughness, superior heat resistance and fast crystallization rate. Therefore, the shaping cycle can be shortened significantly and production efficiency can be raised by 20%-30%.
