摘要
用粉末法制备了Si_3N_4增强线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)导热材料,研究了填料Si_3N_4对LLDPE熔融温度、结晶度、热导率、电绝缘性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明,加入Si_3N_4粒子,提高了LLDPE的熔融温度和结晶度;当w(Si_3N_4)为30%时,体系热导率达基体的6~7倍,热导率随Si_3N_4粒径的减小而增大,此时体系仍然具有较高电阻率及良好的介电性能,但力学性能明显下降。
A kind of thermal conductive plastic of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) reinforced with Si3N4 as filler was prepared by powder mixing process. The effects of Si3N4 on melting temperature, crystallinity, thermal conductivity, electrical insulating property and mechanical properties of LLDPE were studied. The results indicate that the addition of Si3N4 particles gives rise to an increment in melting temperature and in crystallinity of the LLDPE composite. The thermal conductivity of the composite rises as the particle size of Si3N4 reduces. When w(Si3N4) attains 30%, the composite's thermal conductivity reaches 6 or 7 times of the matrix resin and at the same time, the composite still possesses rather high electrical resistivity and dielectric property but obviously decreased mechanical properties.
