摘要
本文介绍了叔十二硫醇合成方法,主要介绍具有工业化前景的以十二烯、H2S为原料,分别以传统Friedel-Crafts催化剂、沸石分子筛、离子交换树脂、固体超强酸等为催化剂合成叔十二硫醇的方法。比较了各种催化剂的优缺点,指出以固体酸为催化剂,固定床多相催化反应是合成叔十二硫醇最适宜的方法。
This paper presentes synthetic methods of t - dodecyl mercaptan which have commercial prospect. Laurylene dodecene, hydrogen sulfide as feeds, Friedel -Crafts, zeolite, ione exchange resin, solid super acid as catalyst. The advantage and disadvantage of differents catalyst are analyzed . Solid acid as catalyst, fix - bed heterogeneous catalytic reaction the most suitable synthetic methods of t -dodecyl mercaptan is expounded.
