摘要
本文探索了黄酮类化合物的合成方法,通过酰基化、Fries重排、羟醛缩合和环合反应,合成了7-羟基黄酮,获得了满意的收率(89%)。结果表明,该方法具有反应时间短、操作简便、收率好等优点。二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验表明,7-羟基黄酮具有明显的抗炎活性。
Aim The synthetic methods of flavonoids were studied. Methods The synthesis of 7 - hydroxy flavone was accomplished by acylation, fries rearrange reaction. Results aldolcondensation and cyclization, and a good yield (89%) was obtained. Conclusion this method is charactered by the reaction time being short, the operation process being simple and the yield being good. Moreover, anti - inflammatory activity of 7 - hydroxy flavone was also investigated through its significant inhibitory effect on the xylene induced ear edema in mice.
