应用低功率超声治疗肝脏恶性实体瘤 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨低功率超声辐射微泡剂对肝脏肿瘤血管栓塞的临床疗效及其安全性。方法应用低功率超声联合CO2微泡剂治疗18例晚期肝脏实体瘤患者,每周3次,6次为一疗程。测量患者治疗前后瘤体大小、进行KPS评分、癌痛不适程度分级和相关血生化指标检测。结果16例患者癌痛不适分级改善,2例稳定;14例KPS评分改善,4例稳定;影像学检查15例瘤体缩小,3例无明显变化;相关血生化指标检验结果未见异常;除3例出现超声治疗探头接触区皮肤刺痛外,未见其它症状、体征。结论低功率超声辐射血管内微泡剂能够安全无创地破坏肝脏恶性实体瘤血供,可望成为治疗恶性肿瘤的一种新方法。 Objective To explore the safety and effectiveness of low power ultrasound radiathon micro-bubble in treating solid malignant hepatic cancer. Methods The tumors were radiated locally with low power ultrasound (0. 5W) on skin surface 3 times weekly, 6 times for every period of treatment in total of 18 hepatic cancer patients. The ratio of the angiogenesis damnification, Karnofsky(KPS), amelioration of cancer ache and serum liver enzymes were examined. The experimental results were compared statistically. Results 16 cases were ameliorated and 2 cases were stabilized in cancer ache, 14 cases were improved and 4 cases were stabilized in Karnofsky(KPS), and color Doppler ultrasound images and CT showed the volume of the hepatocellular carcinoma got regression in 15 cases and others were augmented, Serum liver enzymes were not found abnormal heightening change. No servere adverse effects were found except the skin prickle that developed in three of them. Conclusion The low power ultrasound radiating CO2 micro-bubble into the vessel may effectively and non-invasively destroy the blood supply to the tumor, and could be a new approach for treating malignart tumor.
