摘要
本文研究了EDFA的交迭因子模型,并应用于求解主方程,具有不必考虑铒掺杂浓度和光强空间分布的优点,而且发现若采用和泵浦、信号功率有关的交迭因子将比简单的交迭因子有更高的精确度。
The model of overlapping factors of EDFA is investigated, in which the master equation is solved It has the advantages that the density distribution of erbium doped ions and space distribution of light intensity must not be considered. Furthermore, it is found that our overlapping factors dependent on pump and signal powers have better accuracies than the simple overlapping factors.
