摘要
根据几年来在压裂车研制设计中的实践与体会，探讨了国产压裂车存在的问题、与国外的差距和发展方向。指出，为促进国产压裂车的技术进步，须在改进设计方法，搞好匹配性设计，提高操纵系统的自动化测控功能；运用先进技术提高关键部件、易损件的可靠性和使用寿命；加强科技管理，立足于自主研制发展，增强技术自给能力，提高技术装备水平等方面作出努力。
Based on the experience and knowledge of fracturing truck development for several years, the problems, the shortcomings and the developing trend of the home-made fracturing trucks are investigated. It is pointed out that, to make prograss of home-made fracturing trucks, effort should be made from the following aspects: reforming design method, improving the function of autonatized measuring and eontrol of the operating system; improving the reliability and service life of key component parts and quick-wear parts by means of advanced technique; strengthening the management of technology, enhancing the level of technology and equipment.
