摘要
往复泵介杆处是个关键密封部位。为此，提供了一种新型全浮动往复泵介杆密封装置，这种介杆密封装置在工作中可随介杆自动调整中心，使介杆油封中心线与介杆中心线始终保持一致。现场使用证明，这种介杆密封装置能有效地防止介杆油封的偏磨，从而可延长油封使用寿命，增强密封效果。
The sealing of the intermediate rod on a reciproceating pump is of great importance. Thereby a new full floating seal assembly for the intermediate rod is developed. The center of the seal assembly can be adjusted automaically with the rod in operation to keep the center line of the oil seal coinside with the center of the rod permanently. The result of the field test shows that, by using the new sealing assembly, the oil seal wear caused by offset can be effectively prevented, therefore the service life of the oil seal can be improved and better sealing effect can be achieved.
