摘要
介绍了６０Ｓｉ２Ｍｎ钢板弹簧的零保温成形淬火加热工艺的特点。为实施该工艺设计了结构简单、加热速度快、炉温均匀，具有半连续作业炉特点的双炉膛箱式电阻炉。
Introduce the features of quenching heating of flat spring with 60Si2Mn in zero heat-insulation. In order to realize this technique, a tank resistance furnace with twin furnace with ability of semi-continuous has been designed. It is featured with simple structure, quick heating, uniform furnace temperature.
