摘要
目的探讨团队协作精神在手术室工作中的作用。方法提高自身素质，加强医护之间、护士之间及与其它相关人员间的协作，相互尊重、相互学习、互通信息。结果使手术室的护理工作得以顺利开展。结论积极合作发挥团队协作精神，可以充分调动人的积极性和创造性，使护理工作走向人性化、整体化和系统化。
Objective To discuss the effect of team cooperation spirit in the field of operation theater works. Methods To improve the quality of OR nurses, emphasize the importance of cooperation spirit among nurses, surgeons, anesthetist and some other people who is related to operation theater works, propose team workers respect each other, learn from each other and communicate with each other. Results Operation theater management runs smoothly and the OR developed well under the measures. Conclusion Give full play to team cooperation spirit makes people more active and creative, and therefore brings nursing care to humanism, holistic and systematic.
