摘要
依据大量数据,对西部石油天然气产业的发展和现状进行了研究,其分析表明,上游的开发环节竞争力强大,而产业附加值高的下游原油加工业和石油化工业规模弱小,上下游的规模不协调,产业结构不合理,进而指出,西部石油天然气开发中有必要加强产业下游的生产建设,完善产业结构。
The development and present situation of oil and natural gas industry in the west are studied based on a large amount of data. Its results indicate that there are discordant scales between up - stream and down- stream and the irrationality of industry structure, for the competitiveness in the developing links of up - stream is strong while the scales of down- stream crude processing industry and petrochemical industry with high additional value are very small. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the production construction of industry down- stream and perfect the industry structure in the development of the western petroleum and natural gas.
