摘要
目的了解临沂市麻疹流行病学特征和健康人群的免疫水平,为制定消除麻疹目标提供依据。方法分析1999～2006年麻疹发病和监测资料,采集健康人群血清,采用ELLSA法检测麻疹IgM抗体。结果全市1999～2006年共报告麻疹疑似病例1363例,年平均报告发病率1.69/10万。诊断麻疹病例995例,年均发病率为1.23/10万。麻疹发病表现出春末夏初的季节高峰,发病以学龄前和学龄儿童为主,占58.99%。男女性别比为1.35∶1。2004、2006年健康人群麻疹抗体阳性率为90.55%,各年龄组2006年明显高于2004年。结论做好麻疹疫苗接种,开展麻疹监测,是预防麻疹发病的主要手段。我市健康人群麻疹抗体免疫水平较高,但大年龄组和成人的麻疹发病有增多趋势,应引起高度重视。
Objective To provide evidence for dissolving Measles by studying the epidemiological characteristics and the crowd immunization of Measles in Linyi.Methods Examining the IgM of Measles in the healthy crowd with ELLSA,according to the data from 1999 to 2006.Results 1363 suspected cases were reported by MMS,and the yearly average incidence rate is 1.69/100,000 from 1999 to 2006.995 cases were confirmed,and the yearly average incidence rate is 1.23/100 000.The high peak of outbreak occurred in later Spring and earlier Summer,the comparison of the pupils was 58.99%.The sex ratio was 1.35.The positive rate of the IgM of Measles was 90.55% in 2004 and 2006.The later＇s positive rate was higer than the earlier.Conclusion The main means for preventing Measles is MV immunization and surveillance.We must concern the Measles cases among the adult mostly.
